The hotel was a great surprise! Very clean and I liked that the bathroom was very separate from the sleeping area. The hotel was very quiet and certainly offered lots of amenities like a fire pit, sitting areas and grills. Great location for walking into Ptown.

I’m docking one star because the customer service was a little shotty, and the complimentary breakfast was not good. Stale cereal and muffins. Also not stocked adequately. I will however say the rooms were better than expected. Pool is heated and there’s Coast Bike rentals right on the property. $8/30min. Spacious rooms and included a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. I would stay here again if I couldn’t find a better deal in town.

Pet-friendly place. And a just enough free breakfast with great coffee, too. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy parking - no hassles about driving and parking as it is a pleasant walk either by sidewalk or via the low-tide beach to walk into the center.

We’ve stayed here twice and each time enjoyed our stay. We prefer the rooms in the motel style buildings vs the ones above the office just due to the larger space, but both options are fine. Rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are comfy. We don’t mind the long walk into town but there is also a bus that goes by between 10-20 after the hour and is only $1.50 per person or you can rent bikes (app-based, a couple different options). We will stay here again next time we are in P-Town.

This was my first trip to P-town and I think this was a great place to stay for that area. It is walkable to all the fun stuff but very private and quiet. The room was nothing to fancy, but it was clean. Staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast was nice for starting the day with a small breakfast.
